Evolution - Nylon - Polyamide Evolution

PET bottles are now recycled and made into polyester fibers, which in turn are made into recyclable waterproof membranes.
Eco-Nylon membrane
It is combined with nylon base to produce functional outfits for outdoor activities, such as mountain climbing and skiing.
The accessories are removed during the recycling process, or nylon accessories are used for the entire outfit.
The fabrics and membrane on the entire outfit are recyclable to make nylon pellets, which in turn are made into nylon bricks or chairs.
 
The material is free of PFOS and PFOA according to environmental regulation without adding extra pressure to the environment, ecology or human body.

Membrane production
                     Nylon pellets are melted, stretched and dried into membrane.
                     The physically enhancing additives are added during the melting process
                     to ensure the stability of membrane.
 
Polyether block amide (PA) is the primary material of nylon. Polyether is added during the production to improve the weakness of nylon (too rigid). The introduction of polyether increases flexibility and stretching ability.
 
Membrane thickness
                     1.5T (0.015mm)*60”for a translucent appearance.
                     The texture by touching and physical properties remain intact when combined with nylon of poly materials.
